During the recent Shanghai Open Qualifiers, professional players and teams were disqualified due to their involvement in a 322 Scandal (match-fixing).

After the announcement of disqualification, Mineski-X’s midlaner Mark AnthonyJackoSoriano had to be replaced if they wanted to keep their spot in the SEA Regional Qualifier.

Following this, VALVE has sent various organizers in SEA the list of players banned from participating in the majors due to them being implicated in similar scandals.
