Fast Forward is one of the most trending videos shared in Social Media. It’s a music video by Billy Crawford, Kris Lawrence and JayR, starring a lot of other celebrities and comedians. Notably, most of the stars in the video are from the Kapamilya network. It’s no secret that ABS-CBN bleeds Yellow, with its quickness to share anti-Duterte sentiments and certain candidates’ PR stunts.
I’m not sure if the entire thing is legal though. According to the OMNIBUS ELECTION CODE OF THE PHILIPPINES dated December 3, 1985, the general provision of the Election and Campaign periods are 90 days prior to the Election (April) for the Presidential and Vice-Presidential candidates; which means that official campaigns should only start on February 9 (or 10) around 90 days from May 9, 2016 (Election Day).

Article 1, Section 3: Election and campaign periods. – Unless otherwise fixed in special cases by the Commission on Elections, which hereinafter shall be referred to as the Commission, the election period shall commence ninety days before the day of the election and shall end thirty days thereafter.
The period of campaign shall be as follows:
1. Presidential and Vice-Presidential Election – 90 days;
2. Election of Members of the Batasang Pambansa and Local Election – 45 days; and
3. Barangay Election – 15 days.
I’m not sure if I have the right provision but I’m sure politicians have loop holes for that sort of stuff. Video production budget is off the roof.
